R E G L E M E N T / R E G U L A T I O N S

Article 1 - Le C.C.A.M association loi 1901, en organisant RETROJOUETS, désire promouvoir l'esprit de collection et sauvegarder les jouets anciens, mémoire de l'enfance et des temps passés./The CCAM, an association formed under the law of 1901, by organizing RETROJOUETS desires to promote the spirit of collecting and save old toys, the memory of childhood and times past.

Article 2 - L'exposant se doit de présenter du JOUET ANCIEN, d'occasion, hors commerce, usagé, ayant plus de 5 ans./The exhibitor must present OLD TOYS, secondhand, no longer manufactured, worn, more than 5 years old.

Article 3 - Les réservations seront effectives après règlement d'avance. Aucune confirmation ne sera envoyée, sauf envoi d'une enveloppe self réponse timbrée. Inscription dans l'ordre d'arrivée des bulletins./Reservations will be effective after receipt of payment in advance. No confirmation of registration well be send unless a stamped, self-adressed envelope accompanies the registration. Registration is made in order of receipt of completed forms.

Article 4 - Le stand sera tenu jusqu'à 17H30 sous peine d'exclusion de la bourse suivante. Toute défection devra être signalée 15 jours avant la manifestation pour prétendre à un remboursement. 3,60 mt ou 4,50 mt seront autorisés par exposant. La place non occupée à 10H sera remise à disposition et non remboursable (ouverture à 8H pour les exposants)./The stand must be manned until 5.30 P.M under penalty of exclusion from further events. All cancellations must be notified 15 days before the date of the event to benefit from a refund. 3,60 meters or 4,50 meters maximum are allocated to each exibitor. Any place not taken up by 10 A.M will be re-allocated and not refunded (entry for exhibitors is from 8 A.M).

Article 5 - Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de refuser ou d'annuler toute candidature ou d'exclure tout exposant qui, à leur avis, troublerait le bon ordre ou la moralité de la bourse, sans qu'il puisse leur être réclamé d'indemnités de toute sorte. Il est indispensable d'être majeur pour s'inscrire ./ The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any application or to exclude any exibitor who, in their view, might upset the good order or morality of the even, whithout being liable to payment of indemnity of any sort. Exhibitors must have atteined the age of majority.

Article 6 - Il est interdit de déballer à l'extérieur des salles mises à disposition de l'exposant./Exhibitors may not unpack outside the exhibition hall put at their disposal.

Article 7 - Il est interdit de modifier la disposition des tables ou d'en ajouter. Ne rien accrocher aux murs. Les véhicules devront être correctement stationnés et ne devront pas entraver la libre circulation des véhicules de secours./Exhibitors may not modify the layout of the tables or add other tables to them. Nothing is to be hung on the walls. Vehicles must be parked correctly and must not hinder the free movement of emergency vehicles.

Article 8 - Toute forme de vente ou d'échange autre que du jouet, est absolument interdite sans autorisation expresse de l'organisation. / Any sale or exhange other than of toys is strictly forbiddden without the express authoriation of the organizers.

Article 9 - Les organisateurs déclinent toutes responsabilités en cas de litiges d'un exposant avec les contributions publiques, douanes, et polices diverses ; il en est de même en cas de mensonges, tricheries ou falsifications des dits exposants./The organizers decline any responsibility in the case of conflict between an exhibitor and public authorities, customs, police etc. Likewise regarding any fraud, misrepresentation or falsification by exhibitors.

Article 10 - L'organisateur n'est pas responsable des dégradations, pertes, vols, etc. L'exposant est seul responsable, y compris par cas fortuit ou de force majeure comme feu, accident, attentat, catastrophe naturelle... / The organizers accept no responsibility for damage, loss, theft etc. The exhibitor is solely responsible ,including fortuitous cases, force majeure such as fire, accident, terrorism, natural catastrophe...

Article 11 - Le nom RETROJOUETS étant déposé, aucune utilisation ne pourra en être fait sans accord préalable du C.C.A.M, sous peine de poursuites judiciaires./ The name RETROJOUETS being legally registered, no use may be made of it without the prior autorisation of the CCAM, who will take legal action to protect it.

La participation engage l'acceptation du présent règlement./Participation in the event expressly implies acceptance of the above conditions.
